Yoga Examination Centre Criteria
Accessibility
- Exam Centre should be easily Accessible and approachable.
- Exam Centre should be nearby Bus Stand / Railway Station.
- Name of the Exam Centre should be prominently displayed on the front.
- Parking Facility should be available.
Infrastructure
- Rooms must be fully ventilated arrangement of Fan/A.C. as per room requirement.
- Chairs with Desk / Chairs with Writing Pad in Rooms as per candidates appearing in exam.
- Wall Clock in all Rooms.
- Separate Toilets for Male & Female Candidates.
- Fire & Safety Equipment.
- Strong Room to Keep Question Papers.
- Bell at the time of Start of Exam, Half Time, before 15 Minutes and end of Exam.
- Curtain for Checking of female candidates for any unauthorized material by Female Security Person.
Facilities
- Black/White Board for announce any Notice.
- Sufficient Backup Power supply.
- Arrangement to submit Bags/Mobiles of students.
- Proper drinking water facility.
- Computer and Printer with Internet Connectivity.
- Clean washroom facility.
Staff
- One Centre Incharge.
- One Invigilator on per classroom.
- Invigilator should not be related with Yoga.
- One Clerical Staff for getting the Attendance Sheets Signed from Candidates.
- Male and Female Security Guard to Physical Checking of Candidates for any unauthorized material like Mobile Phone/Book/Notes.
- Office Boy / Peon.
